First time clients are one hour at $100.00. After the initial consultation it is your choice of $85.00 for 45 minutes or 100.00 for an hour.
Home sale consultations start at $100.00
House Clearings start at $125.00 not to exceed $300.00. A trip charge may apply for homes over 25 miles away from my start point.
